Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with prominent political and business leaders from both China and Europe. This interaction has facilitated the development of robust relationships and enhanced my ability to navigate complex intercultural landscapes.

Furthermore, I proudly served as a state representative and a member of the Supervisory Board of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China from 2016 to 2022. This role allowed me to contribute to the strategic oversight and governance of the organization, promoting the interests of European businesses within the Chinese market.

Notably, my proficiency in Mandarin enables me to effectively communicate and forge connections with Chinese counterparts, further bolstering my capabilities in bridging cross-cultural divides.

I am experienced in various regulated industries and B2G businesses at the international level. I have managed successful cross-market CSR programmes with inter-cultural sensitivities having the positive influence on companies' reputation.

With a distinguished track record spanning more than 25 years, I possess extensive expertise in government relations within Europe and Asia. Throughout my career, I have held esteemed positions such as Head of Office, Protocol Officer, and Personal Secretary for the former President of the Czech Republic, accumulating 12 years of valuable experience in these roles.

Additionally, I have demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing a multitude of government relations and business projects in China. My adeptness in navigating the complexities of the Chinese market has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for these initiatives.

With more than 25 years of extensive experience in government relations and business development within China, I have garnered a deep understanding of the local landscape. Throughout my career, I have successfully fostered strong relationships with central and local government entities, establishing a robust network of connections.

My professional background spans across various industries, including export and import, logistics, retail, and financial services. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and requirements of these sectors within the Chinese market.

Furthermore, I have held managerial roles for over 9 years, leading government relations teams that operated across 29 provinces in China. This responsibility allowed me to effectively coordinate and oversee government affairs strategies and initiatives on a nationwide scale.
